Robyn has dedicated her life to building relationships, creating opportunities, and helping others grow, and helping businesses thrive within the aviation industry.
Over the years, Robyn's had the privilege of working alongside flight schools, charter operators, corporate aviation leaders, aviation organizations, and professionals across multiple sectors of the industry. Those experiences have given, a unique perspective on how aviation works; not just in the cockpit, but behind the scenes where relationships, trust, and execution matter most.
Today, Robyn serves as the CEO of Flightline Collective, where her passion is bringing people and aviation together through trusted solutions and meaningful partnerships.

Brandy Grigg is a fixed-wing pilot, entrepreneur, and Co-Founder of Flightline Collective. As the owner of multiple successful businesses, she brings an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for creating meaningful experiences.
Her love for aviation extends beyond the cockpit. Brandy is passionate about introducing others to the opportunities, freedom, and perspective that aviation provides, believing that flying has the power to change lives and open doors.
